A little about me
Hi, I'm Eliza — a storyteller with a camera.
I picked up my dad's old film camera when I was eleven and have been chasing light ever since. Eleven years into this as my full-time practice, the thing I'm still most drawn to isn't the perfectly posed portrait — it's the half-laugh, the small glance, the hand you don't realize is squeezing your partner's at the altar.
I believe in capturing real moments, not posed perfection. My job isn't to choreograph your day — it's to notice it. I'll guide when you need guidance and disappear when you don't. You'll get photographs that look the way it actually felt.
When I'm not behind the camera, I'm probably hiking with my dog Juniper, drinking too much coffee, or printing photos in my kitchen darkroom. I'd love to hear about your day.
